I will email you with your price quote. Please note that I will not respond to order inquiries that do not fall within the dates that are noted.

My cookies start at $65 a dozen. This is for basic decorated sugar cookies. Adding colors, metallic, logos, characters, airbrushing, etc. can add to the price. See the Order Here Tab above for more info.

I typically open ordering for custom cookies two months prior and tend to book quickly. (Example: Ordering for August will open June 1st) Watch my website, social media and sign up for my newsletter to get updates on when ordering is open. If you have questions about my availability please check the Order Here Tab and then fill out an Order Form. I do need a minimum of two weeks notice for custom cookie orders. Orders requested after the two week notice time period will be charged a 25% rush fee (if there is any availability).

Unfortunately, no. I need the themes upfront in order to know if I have the time available to complete them. Some themes are more difficult than others & I can’t accept my max number of orders if they are all time consuming themes.

I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 30 business days prior to your pick up date. You will be charged a 20% cancelation fee within 30 days of your pickup date (80% refund). No refunds will be given within 2 weeks (14 days) of the pickup date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies. Any holiday cookies that are left 24 hours after the pickup times have ended will be forfeited with no refund unless other arrangements have been made with me.

My cookies are for local pick up only in the Edmond/OKC area. It is illegal for me to ship my cookies due to the Cottage Food Law.

Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full.

Yes! My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like. To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). Stack them on top of one another, in between layers of bubble wrap. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them. DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
