These Rolling Pin Guides are designed to fit your Joseph & Joseph Rolling Pin (Set of 2 - one for each end of your rolling pin). These will allow you to roll your dough to 5/16" (8mm) which is a thicker cookie than 1/4" but thinner than 3/8". This is my personal favorite cookie thickness. Enjoy!
 
Rolling pin guides are hand wash only. Do not soak. Heat sensitive.
